If you call after hours, you may leave a voice message and your call will be returned the next morning.

When you make your room reservation, you may make an additional reservation for a personal stay before and/or after the conference at the same room rate (plus tax), depending on availability. These nights must be paid for using your personal credit card. 

Rooms reserved for our 20s Leaders Gathering may be charged to a Navigator p-card or a personal credit card. Only charges paid by a Navigator p-card are tax-exempt.  

To apply tax exemption to a hotel room charge paid with a p-card, you must download the tax-exempt form, print it, fill it out, and have it with you upon check-in.

• During check-in you will be required to provide a credit card or p-card to the hotel, and a one-time $50 hold will be placed on that card to cover any incidentals. Incidentals are anything that is charged to the room. If nothing is charged to the room, the credit card hold will be released upon departure.

  • If one person reserves the room, a $50 fee will be held on his or her credit card.
  • If multiple people split the reservation using multiple credit cards, each card will have the $50 hold.

Call Sandestin Group Reservations at 1-800-631-0839 to cancel. To avoid a charge, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to check-in, you will be charged for one night per room reserved.
