20s gathering
Right where you are, God is calling you to a life of meaning, purpose, and belonging. The Nav20s Gathering will be a unique opportunity to join with others from across the nation as we center our lives in Christ and live as Good News in the flesh during a time of adversity.

We deeply love and believe in the work of the local church as a part of the greater Kingdom work in our cities and nations. We would love to see you connect with and serve in your local church in addition to your involvement with Nav20s. Whether or not you are currently involved with a local church does not qualify you for involvement.
The Navigators 20s cities are places where we have Navigator staff and/or 20s Partners (volunteers) who desire to help you land and transition to life in that city. We can best help you find fellowship and mentorship in those cities. However, if you contact a Navigator in the city nearest you, they may be able to help in similar ways from a distance.
We hope to see you thrive in your relationship with Christ and help others to do the same, but what that looks like is often up to you. There is a lot of encouragement toward self-initiative with 20s. If you have a passion and a vision for how you desire to see the gospel advance in your city, we’d love to come alongside you in that and help you live into that calling.
Because cities are more expansive than campuses or bases, people involved with Navigators 20s are often more spread out as they pursue their careers. In many cases, their schedules are also quite full and rigid in comparison to their previous life stage. Geographical proximity becomes very important, and so people involved with 20s often find community in clusters that are centered around their neighborhoods, workplaces, and third places.
CityLife teams, Bible studies, prayer groups, regional and national conferences, one-on-one mentoring, career coaching, and gatherings are all a part of what we’re doing with 20s. There are also opportunities for leadership development and in some cases, even internships.
