TownePlace Suites Reservation Instructions
From August 11-August 18 20s attendees can book a hotel room at the TownePlace Colorado Springs.
TownePlace Suites Colorado Springs Garden of the Gods 4760 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80919 for 159 USD – 199 USD per night
Last Day to Book: Thursday, August 18, 2022.
If booking after August 19, then you will need to call the hotel to see if there is availability for The Navigators discounted rate and reserve via phone.
The following policies apply to the individual reservations:
- Guest check in takes place at the Front Desk, Carriage House.
- Guest check in begins at 4:00PM. Check out time is 11:00AM.
Confirm Policy:
The overnight stay must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival, otherwise the full rate of the reservation will apply. For Overnight Stays, Credit Cards must be presented and are authorized at the time of check-in. Payment is charged upon departure.
No Show Policy:
No-Shows will be charged the full cost of all nights of the stay plus taxes.
No Pets and Smoking:
We have a no-pet and smoking policy for all our guest rooms and buildings. If a room or other interior space needs to be cleaned a $250.00 fee will be assessed by Glen Eyrie management and charged to the credit card on file.
Wi-Fi & Television:
We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi to all our guests. We do not have televisions in our guest rooms.
